Welcome, traveler! 

My name is Pamina Falk and I am a Rhode Island School of Design student in the class of 2024 with a major in Illustration. Much of my personal work ties back to fairy tales and/or elaborate detail work. I read a lot of fairy tales as a kid which has definitely made me love making fantastical pieces and comic adaptations of the stories. As a lover of older stories and art styles, I find myself also seeking out techniques and mediums that fit themes of these stories such as dip pen, printmaking and hand set type.

I'm very interested in making images that tell a story, or a story out of images. I have made a few short comics so far and have gotten positive feedback on the story and characters I have crafted.   

I'm very interested in continuing to work on personal comics or getting to work on art for comics by others and hopefully I will continue my printmaking practice outside of school.
